All products are currently sold via Amazon. As such, all orders are subject to Amazon’s Terms & Conditions, including their payment and returns policies.
3. Shipping & Delivery
As our products are fulfilled by Amazon, delivery will follow Amazon’s standard delivery timelines.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances once the product has left Amazon’s warehouse.
4. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
